  • Black olives are high in vitamin E which help fight free radical damage.

Make this delicious black olive tapenade for your next dinner party!

Ingredients:

1/4 black olives (chopped)

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon sea salt

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.  Serve with whole wheat pita or whole wheat crackers.  Serves 6.
