1lb of lean ground turkey
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup diced white onion
3-5 dashes cumin (use more for more of a spicy kick)
3 dashes garlic powder
2-3 dashes salt
2-3 dashes black pepper
8 large leaves Bibb or Boston lettuce
1 thinly sliced cucumber
1 sliced avocado
Pre heat grill with medium flame, or oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Form 4 patties. Grill or bake until cooked through (about 10-15 minutes on grill or in oven).
Assemble substituting lettuce for a bun. Top with avocado, cucumber and hummus if desired.
