Here is a great spinach salad recipe:
-6 ounces baby spinach
-1 red bell pepper, chopped
-1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup rice vinegar
1. In a large bowl, mix the spinach, peppers, and Parmesan cheese
2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and rice vinegar. Toss with the spinach mixture and serve.
