Try this healthy breakfast burrito for your weekend breakfast!
Ingredients:
6 Egg whites
1 Chicken chorizo sausage (crumbled)
1/2 Red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 Avocado
2 Medium whole wheat wraps
Hot sauce to taste
Directions:
In a skillet, start cooking chicken chorizo over medium heat. After a few minutes when chorizo begins to brown/firm, add peppers, then egg whites until all are done. Distribute between the two wraps and add avocado. Add hot sauce to taste. If desired, warm the wraps in toaster oven or on stove on low heat first. Serves 2.
