Portobello Mushroom Burgers

Here is a quick, easy, light and delicious lunch or dinner option!


4 large Portobello mushrooms

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 cup lemon juice


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients and distribute seasoning all over the mushrooms.  Place mushrooms on a lined baking sheet, cover in foil and bake until soft and cooked through (30-40 minutes). Enjoy on a multi grain roll, whole wheat bread, or whole wheat pita!
