Try this great summer salad:
5 cups spinach leaves
1 cup sliced radishes
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 can drained cannellini beans
Peel and separate orange. Toss all ingredients together. Serves 4. You can add grilled chicken breast to add protein or to use as a main course.
