Try this powerful banana smoothie breakfast:
2 whole bananas (best with brown flecks on the peel)
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
1/3 cup of almonds
2 cups of ice
Put all ingredients in a blender, ice goes in last. Blend on high until smoothie thickens (about 30 seconds). Enjoy!
