Tonight’s Killer As One Workout

Tonight’s workout was bananas! Stevie & Gregg from He Sweats, She Sweats & I have been trying to figure out a time to hit As One together and tonight was it.
When I walked into class, I was early and the class before was still killing it. George, the co-owner/instructor looked at me, smirked and pointed to the board. It was tonight’s workout and it was brutal.
In the hour and fifteen minute class, there are about sixty minutes of work time (stretching in the beginning and foam rolling in the end takes up the other fifteen minutes) &, tonight, in those sixty minutes we had to do:

It was no joke!
The Jacob’s Ladder is growing on me and I actually went harder on that than I had before. I liked it faster, it helps me feel stronger and also got it out of the way sooner. My weak spot was the stepper bc we had to do it at a level ten and that crushed me. But, just something to try and get better at.
I got through almost the whole thing – I was 37 burpees and 34 flights on the stair master short.

Stevie, Gregg and the rest of the class were killing it. I think that had I taken less time to walk over and write each turn down I could have obviously come closer to finishing. But, those few moments of crossing things out was precious and it gave me a few second break.
All in all, As One, as always, didn’t disappoint. I got to workout w some badass people and I got to get home in time to snuggle with my kiddo & hang with the hub. Pretty much an awesome evening.
