So, today was LLLAAAZZZYYYY!!!  It was rainy, but not like insane pouring, more like when the sky is just spitting at you.  I love days like today, they can just be cozy.  That being said, I may not have gotten the mom of the year award when I talked my family out of going to the museum.  That being said, the museum would have been MISERABLE with thousands of people and no room to move (must justify my non-museum going ways).  So, I ate a slice of pizza which I’m totally fine with because it’s Sunday and if I wanted one. Then, I went to Alycea Ungaro’s Real Pilates studio open house and took her spring tone class.  That class is No. Joke.  But it was awesome… def be a write up this week.

I have never really taken Pilates before, but I can totally understand how Pilates can completely transform your body.  Totally amazing.

It is interesting, Dr. Jennifer Aston at the Fitness Magazine blogger event stated she goes by a 5-2 diet.  She eats exceptionally well during the week and then cuts herself a little slack during the weekend. She says that once the weekend hits, after a few months, she really doesn’t want too many “bad” things come the weekend.  Anyhow, I think I may follow that rule… I kind of already do, but might start more now.

Anyhow, super psyched for this week.  LOTS AND LOTS of As One and Flywheel, including a duo ride with Kari & Ryan, two of my absolute fav instructors and to have them in one room at the same time… AHHHHHH!!!

OK- so, week starts tomorrow.  Be good to yourself everyone.  Do things that make you smile, laugh and just feel good.
