OK- so I was unable to post yesterday, but damn was it a good one.

I actually did not have any time to get my regular workout in, but I had a great and incredible day at the Fitness Magazine’s Blogger Meet & Tweet Event where I was able to do a yoga class with the incredible Tara Stiles (post to come).  We did the class outside and it was HOT… like hot enough that we had to put socks and some sneakers on to be able to use our mats.  But it was so awesome.

After that, I came home, got lillie and then had to go have a few meetings/drinks.  I was really proud of myself, I went to one of my favorite restaurant/bars where one of my nearest and dearest friends works.  They have two of my absolute favorite items on their menu.  They make an INCREDIBLE shrimp and corn quessadilla and they also make a sushi roll with filet mignon.  I had neither and, I also didn’t drink very much.  Both things that I was happy with… especially the drinking since I had to be at As One at 615 AM.  I had the tuna nicoise salad which was amazing with the dressing on the side (not a big dressing person in general).

Anyhow, make sure to peep my post on the incredible event yesterday when it comes out later tonight.  It was really wonderful.
