Day #10 & #11


These are my baked eggs with mushrooms… Def tastes better than this looks. Ha! Ok, so sorry for the doubling up my posts … BUT, after I wrote that exhausted day 9 from bed, I literally could not fall asleep. I was awake – fully – until 630 when I finally slept till 715 when my alarm went off to take my daughter to school. It. Was. The. Worst. And, it wasn’t even like I was stressed or freaked out, I was just awake. So, Wednesday was a complete bust. Complete. But, yesterday I was back on track. I had a great ride with Jesse, who I had not taken in WAY too long and then yesterday evening I took two friends to try out As One. They, of course, loved it! I mean, if you love a good workout, then there is no way not to love As One.

I really eat to figure out what it was that kept me up. I ate a new bar earlier in te day that had espresso powder in it (only realized that once I ate half of it). It made me incredibly shaky feeling, but to have something like that keep me up till 630am!!! I know I’m sensitive to thinks, but DAMN!!!

I’m definitely excite to look into what foods affect me in what way. Anyhow, look forward to writing day 12 later today. Have an incredible wkend.
