Zico Coconut Water Smoothie

You know how much we love our ZICO water… so, here is a great smoothie to beat the heat!

Ingredients:

2 cups Zico coconut water

1 cup of ice (cubed)

4 large kale leaves – remove bottom stem leave spine intact

1 cup of loosely packed frozen berries (blue berry, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry blend is great)

Directions: Remove kale leaf from bottom part of stem, it’s ok to leave stem in too, without stem will leave a smoother/taste texture. Put all ingredients in blender. Blend 45 seconds on high. Serve cold.

Serves 2.
