Don’t be afraid of the name, wheat germ is jam packed with all sorts of vitamins, minerals and awesome proteins.
Why it kicks ass:
1 -It is an incredible source of Vitamin E. Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant. It helps inflammation that can cause numerous health issues – think heart diseases, arthritis and even certain cancers.
2- Great for weight loss. The vitamin B in Wheat Germ helps increase your metabolism and can help your body burn calories. It can also make proper mood chemicals for your brain.
3. It has lots of fiber, which is necessary internal health and detox among many other things.
