Social Networking Workout

No one has time to work out, right? Wrong. It is estimated that most Americans spend 3+ hours on social networking sites daily per an article by marketincharts.com. Three plus hours! That’s a whole lot of time that could be spent doing something healthy for yourself. If you must Facebook, Instragam or Tweet why not make those activities healthy? Here brings my Social Media Workout! It works like this “Every time you see _______ (ex. a baby) do _________ (ex. 15 jumping jacks).” And so on and so forth. Here are my challenges for you, and happy social ‘networcising’!

Lindsey's path to health and wellness began a long time ago being a very active adolescent turned unhealthy, overweight young adult. At 205lbs she knew she needed to make a serious change in my life. Lindsey started running, slowly, changed what she ate from processed, high fat foods to natural, healthy foods and started strength training. She lost 70lbs in one year.
