Our VP Michelle, as she mentions below, moved to PHX earlier this year and has struggled to get into fitness groove. I was SO thrilled when she called me and told me she found an incredible new instructor that really made her feel at home…
Michelle:
As you guys know I’ve recently relocated to Phoenix, Arizona and need to find a whole new fitness routine! I first took Lisa Lowrie’s spin class in March and was hooked from the start. She greeted me with a warm welcome, taught me how to get set up on the Real Ryder bike and I’ve been devoted ever since. She loves welcoming new people to her class and you can see why she has so many regulars!
I am so excited to spotlight Lisa Lowrie…
