My New Breville Friend

I. Am. So. Excited.

I have been wanting to get the Breville JE98XL Juice Fountain Plus 850-Watt Juice Extractor for longer than I can remember. I have a different apparatus and it just didn’t cut it – it made my Kale chunky and the juice have a consistency that made me seriously cringe!

So, yesterday I bit the bullet and got the juicer. It is INCREDIBLE. This morning I made my first juice with it with what I had in my fridge and it was sooo good! The consistency was just like it should have been and it tasted incredible.

My beautiful juicer post juicing!

I juiced an apple, kale, carrots and ginger. Like magic. I want to make sure that when I’m juicing I stay away from a lot of fruit because there is a lot of sugar in fruit – yes, even if it is natural sugar, too much isn’t ideal. So, I need to make sure that if I juice my fruit, I’m also not eating the same amount during the day. But, really? That’s the least of my worries.

I am so thrilled, I have been in sort of a weird fog lately and I am sure it is diet related. I’m hoping my morning juicing will not only help the fog, but it will keep me on the right track for the rest of the day!

So, glasses up and cheers to this incredible and beautiful device! I’m sure we will have some delish juicing videos coming your way soon!!!
