What is a good exercise to increase my flexibility for golf?  There is a lot of turning and twisting in a golf swing.

So, I asked our good friend and trainer Kelvin Gary – owner of Body, Space Fitness – for the answer.  He sent us this amazing video showing exactly what to do.
