To go along with the incredibly exciting launch of our Foundation video series that begins on August 1st, we will be doing an equally exciting giveaway!

We are teaming up with Zico Coconut Water to giveaway a one month supply of the Coconut water.

Our Foundations videos will be giving you the fundamentals of workouts, ingredients and classes.  And, what’s most important when you’re taking all of these classes or heating up in the kitchen?  Hydrating!  And, ZICO is the best way to do that.

How to win:

1- Take a photo of yourself working out or hydrating with ZICO

2- Post it to Instagram, Twitter and/or Facebook.

3) Tag BOTH Fit Journey and ZICO on all social platforms  (all links to those platforms below)

4) Hash tag #FJGives and #OOMPH

5) You can enter once/day

6) If you sign up for the FJ newsletter you will get an extra entry.
